When to visit Cañabrava
Cañabrava restaurant is open every day from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm with the busiest time to visit usually around sunset since they have an incredible view of the ocean.
The restaurant is divided into two different areas, one for breakfast and the other one for lunch and dinner.
During the weekends, Cañabrava opens its rooftop to welcome guests from all around the world to party. The rooftop bar is open from Thursday to Saturday until 4:00 am.

The Cañabrava restaurant has stunning views looking out to Zicatela beach making it the perfect spot to watch the sunset while enjoying some of their great food options.
The menu is quite comprehensive with some vegetarian options with the most popular dishes comprising of shrimp tacos, ceviches, and the sashimi Puerto style.
However, Cañabrava is known for its fantastic seafood variety dishes, such as octopus, sailfish, and even lobster.
They have an extensive cocktail menu, including the classic ones like Piña Colada, Mojito, and Margarita.
Their breakfast is also served in the hotel across the street, Bungalows Zicatela, which is also owned by the same owners as Cañabrava.
The prices for both breakfasts and meals are very affordable and the portions are very big allowing some meals to be shared.
Cañabrava Nightlife
Cañabrava is one of the best spots in Zicatela to enjoy Latin music.
Located on the beachfront, this club has a rooftop full of private tables for those who would like to buy a bottle and have their own area.
Depending on what bottle you’re buying they have a starting price of 1,600 pesos per bottle.
The club has very affordable prices, like beer for $50 and cocktails from 120 to 160 pesos, depending on the drink.
Cañabrava is known for getting very busy, especially around midnight. You may want to take this into consideration as sometimes this leads to limited access.
There’s an entry ticket every night for 100 pesos that needs to be paid in cash. If you forget cash there are two international ATMs around Cañabrava, one next to the venue and another one in front of it.
Depending on the season, if you want your own private area you may want to consider booking in advance.
